Start wherever you are. Go as far as you need.
We offer four services: opportunity assessment, strategy, implementation and staff training. Use one or combine them.
Opportunity assessment
Know where AI is worth it.
Useful when you can see potential but aren’t sure where to focus, or you need a sound case before you invest.
We start with the decision you need to make. It might be how to improve a customer experience, get more from your information, fix an operational problem or pursue a new opportunity. We look at the work, systems and evidence with the people involved, then compare the options on the value they offer and what it will take to make them work.
What you get
- A clear account of the problem or opportunity
- Evidence about where you are now, with assumptions and gaps stated
- A straight comparison of the options, including existing tools and process changes
- A recommendation covering likely benefits, costs, dependencies and risks
- Where it makes sense, a brief for a pilot with agreed measures of success
The assessment stands on its own. Implementation is a separate decision.
Strategy
Decide what comes first.
Useful when you have several possible uses of AI, or a wider ambition, and need priorities, a sequence and a budget.
Which opportunities come first? What needs to be in place before you pursue them? Who owns the work? We answer those questions with you and turn the answers into a plan that ties your goals to the technology, data, people and investment involved.
What you get
- What to pursue now, what to prepare for and what to leave for later
- A sequence of work with costs, dependencies and owners
- How to judge progress and decide whether to continue
The plan can cover one priority or a wider set of opportunities.
Implementation
Make it work in your business.
Useful when you know what you need, or an assessment has shown what to build.
A solution has to fit your systems and the people who’ll use it. We configure software you already have, connect information across tools or build an AI-supported service or process. We agree the work and how we’ll test it before delivery starts. Where it helps, a pilot proves the approach before you roll it out more widely.
What’s included, as agreed in your proposal
- Configuration, integration or development work
- Testing for quality, reliability, cost and where people need to review the output
- Rollout, documentation and preparing your staff
- Handover, and any ongoing support we agree
We take responsibility for delivery, including any specialist work we bring in. Your proposal sets out who is involved.
Already have a requirement or a completed assessment? We start from there.
Staff training
Turn access into ability.
Useful when your people have AI tools but not the confidence or guidelines to use them well, or you’re introducing something new.
For leaders, that means understanding the opportunities, choosing priorities and setting expectations for how AI is used. For staff, it means working with approved tools, checking output and applying AI to their own tasks.
Training can include
- Examples and practice based on real roles
- Handling information safely and checking what AI produces
- New routines around a solution we’ve introduced
- Reference guides people keep using afterwards
Training stands alone or accompanies implementation. We agree the audience and learning outcomes in advance.
